Call for Paper
Prospective authors are invited to submit 4-page, original, and unpublished full papers in English using a manuscripts template for IEEE conference proceedings. Papers presented at the conference will be published in the proceedings of CEI 2022 and submitted for inclusion in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
The conference covers all aspects of technologies, applications, and services. The topics of interest are not limited to:

Submission requirement: 4-page at least.
Additional page charges in the amount of CNY400 per additional page at the time of registration and final paper submission.
